Overview
An auger compactor uses a rotating screw in place of a ram. The auger pulls waste in and compresses it continuously, so there is no waiting for a ram to cycle back before loading again.
It is the go-to solution for loose, difficult material such as shredded paper, foam, film plastics, light industrial material and wood waste. Throughput is high and manual handling is low.
